Mountain Vista Retirement Residence
is under the care of a full-time Service Director & Assistant and is Fremont County’s only retirement center offering the following services and amenities. It is our goal to empower you to stay physically and mentally healthy so that you can enjoy a good quality of life for many years to come.
Our Services Include:

One-level access to all facilities and wheelchair/walker friendly (wheelchair assistance to services and events if needed)

Secure entrance to the facility and 24 hour urgent call system in each apartment

Custom local transportation in our residency van

Evening meal service, family style or delivered ($6 ea. & billed monthly as needed)

Trash pick-up and recycling

Lawn Care & Snow Removal

Salon Services at Westward Heights Care Center (just down the hall)

Religious Services at nearby Westward Heights Care Center

Small errands, assemblies, repairs, etc.

Copies, faxes, assistance with automated phone calls, etc.

Senior Wellness Program including:
- Civic, cultural, social, and recreational activities geared for seniors
- Exercise room
- In-home monthly podiatrist visits (billed directly to Medicare)
- Assessments for Independent Living if needed
- Information & Referrals for additional senior services when needed

Residence maintenance services include:
- Appliance repairs
- Changing furnace filters
- Changing light bulbs and batteries in smoke & CO detectors
- Drapery & window washing
- Electrical issues & electronics troubleshooting
- Emergency clean-up
- Plumbing issues

Resident garages with automated doors
A private terrace
Spacious and welcoming community dining room with fully equipped kitchen
Community patio with comfortable outdoor chairs and gas grill for family gatherings and barbeques

Hours
Office hours are 8 AM to 4 PM Monday to Friday. Call for weekend emergencies, tours can be scheduled for weekends if needed.
